attentive stafflarge pooldiverse optionextended time
the staff demonstrated attentiveness. i found the pool very large, it had ample loungers and towels. the tennis courts provided an additional option for recreation. the breakfast buffet included diverse optionswith many choices.
the check-in Process lasted an EXTENDED time. i waited longer than one hour while standing in the lobby. the lobby's temperature felt warm and it was stuffy. there were no welcome drinks provided upon arrival.

the location is very near klcc park and petronas towers. its simple to walk to sights. the staff are lovely and helpful. the breakfast was fabulous, i think.
i checked in after my flight, i arrived about midnight. checkin seemed to take a while since i had to queue and there was only 1 receptionist. the room was large, but it do not look like it has seen a duster since the 20th century, i am afraid.

the hotel is near a train station and klcc park which i found helpful for getting around. the breakfast offered many choices and the staff were cute. i recommend this place due to its location and helpful staff.
the room looked old and tired but it was still clean and functional i had no major issues .

i found the staff helpful. they gave transport advice and shopping tips as i required them. the location is very close to the mrt. this made city exploration easy. the immaculately presented swimming pool area offered a perfect escape from the heat.
I thought my room was a bit dated. it was clean, though. breakfast had a big selection. it was quite crowded sometimes. It was difficult to get a table

The spacious two-bedroom apartment provided ample room. Breakfast offered good variety, especially the croissants and danishes that i just adored. The staff at the restaurant were courteous and helpful, a true delight.
I found the carpets in the room to be not as clean as expected, a minor point in an otherwise fantastic stay.
